Living life like a Fine Mess.
The striking gastronomic impressions of a US road-trip that spanned six weeks and twenty-one thousand kilometers across thirty-nine States back in 2015 ignited the spark of inspiration. Plenty of soul-searching and culinary experimentation followed, giving birth to Fine Mess Smokehouse in 2019. Ever since then, we've been barbecuing in our custom-designed offset smokers using seasoned beech wood. The fire is set at dawn every morning and we take all day. With great barbecue there are no shortcuts. We set our table and welcome you to Fine Mess, the contemporary expression of authentic low & slow barbecue.
